We’re delighted to announce that NASH Maritime has won the Maritime UK 2024 SME of the Year Award in recognition of its impressive and sustainable growth.
Held for the first time in 2019, the Maritime UK coordinates the annual Awards that celebrate the achievements and success stories of the sector.
Sponsored by BAE Systems, the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) of the Year Award is open to businesses with up to 250 employees that have been established for more than two years, and can demonstrate an ability to grow or a strong potential to do so.
NASH Maritime was announced the winner at an Awards ceremony held at the Titanic Belfast last Wednesday (5 June).
Year on year our turnover has doubled and further rapid growth is anticipated as we take our services further afield. We currently employ over 20 people and work closely with the University of Southampton supporting PhDs and internships that often turn into graduate positions.
NASH Maritime Co-Founder, Jamie Holmes, said,
“Delighted (and still somewhat stunned) to have won SME of the Year at the Maritime UK Awards 2024!
“We had a great evening with industry colleagues and partners in government celebrating the fantastic progress being made by the maritime sector.
“This Award was very much a team effort. Without the technically brilliant people who work at NASH Maritime and our port, offshore energy and maritime infrastructure clients, we wouldn’t have achieved the success that was recognised in Belfast.”
