NASH Maritime is delighted to announce Commander David Phillips has joined the team.
David is highly experienced in the Ports and Maritime sector having had a successful career in the Royal Naval culminating in commanding two nuclear submarines as well as becoming Chief Harbour Master for the Port of London Authority and later establishing his own consultancy.
During his tenure as Chief Harbour Master, he was involved in major DCO infrastructure developments including DP World London Gateway Port and the Thames Tideway Tunnel.
In this role, David championed/pioneered a quantitative evidence based approach to navigation risk assessment.
Dr Ed Rogers, Director at NASH Maritime, explained:-
